Hall Rental

The Club hall is available for rental to members of the Club. The Club Hall is also available to non-members, but members will be given a priority and a non-member must be referred by a member.

The Club Hall has available for use the following

  • Television, CD, Stereo, USB and laptop connection
  • Plates, glasses and cutlery
  • Cooking facilities
  • Dishwasher
  • Bar (licence must be obtained)

The Club hall will be given in a clean and organized manner. Upon completion of your event the Club hall is to be arranged in the same manner and cleaned.

A contract is to be signed along with payment for the Club Hall use and a refundable deposit.

Member fee – $175.00
Non-member fee – $250.00

Refundable security deposit of $500 to be paid by non-members, members do not have to provide a security deposit. This security deposit, should be a cheque dated the day of the event, it will be returned upon confirmation that the Club Hall is in order, cleaned and no damages occurred.
